Once you have successfully registered to any of our online wellness services, you will receive an SMS and Email notification stating the date and time of your scheduled visit to our online clinic. Follow-up calls may be done when required or necessary. 

MyDiscreetDoctor.com is a telehealth company that provides direct primary care along with our online health services that operate as a 24-hour virtual center. Our care providers will be able to give you the result online and provide recommendations for minor ailments with personalized protocols. 

Yes, with our expanded online health services through telehealth provide care to all ages, from newborns to geriatrics. Please note that if your child requires emergency assistance, please call 911. 

Yes, MyDiscreetDoctor.com can do lab orders.  If deemed necessary for you as part of your virtual care visit, our care providers can either send the lab request directly to you through email, or you can have it sent through fax to your preferred laboratory.   

MyDiscreetDoctor.com only accepts credit cards and we will only charge your card for the service that you use.

MyDiscreetDoctor.com does not accept forms of insurance as payment.  We are happy to provide documentation should you wish to claim against your insurance provider.
